November 15th: Combo Item Drops
It’s not just the Echo Bosses who are dropping new loot! More familiar faces will be dropping items that normally require components from different regions to use as one, ready-made item. - Any fairy ring, spirit tree, and tool leprechaun.
- Any deposit box, bank, and bank chest.

November 19th: Combat Masteries
Let’s talk about Combat Masteries! Another huge new feature coming with Leagues V: Raging Echoes. Complete Combat Mastery tasks and earn yourself points to spend on style-focused abilities. Each style has 6 Tiers, and with a maximum of 10 Points available you’ll need to make the tough decision of where to spend them. Check out the video or graphic below for more information on how this brand new system will work.

November 20th: Bonus QoL!
To celebrate being one week away from Leagues V, here are some QoL details for you:
- Rocks, trees, respawnable items, and main-world npcs will respawn faster than the main game. (3x in most cases, and much higher in other cases such as Runite Rocks)
- Everyone will now be able to purchase a Max Cape from the Sage in Lumbridge upon reaching 2277 Total level.
- Tormented Demons will be accessible without needing to complete While Guthix Sleeps, meaning the only requirement is acquiring a Sapphire Lantern!
- Instances have been created for Cerberus, Sarachnis, and the Thermonuclear Smoke Devil. We have also removed the timer when attempting to enter a Dagannoth Kings instance shortly after leaving.
- Clans can now toggle shared Leagues related broadcasts including Relic, Area, Rank, and Combat Mastery achievements. They will be clearly different from normal broadcasts, with the Leagues symbol next to the players’ names.
- Rather than receiving a Twisted Bow from Chambers of Xeric, Scythe of Vitur from Theatre of Blood, or Tumeken’s Shadow from Tombs of Amascut, you will instead receive a Mega Rare Voucher, which can be given to the sage for the weapon of your choice.
- Zulrah is no longer immune to melee damage and has no damage cap, meaning Melee weapons that can reach are viable.
- Potions and Ingredients sourced during the Duke Sucellus fight will no longer be removed from your inventory when waking Duke.
- Pet cosmetic overrides are now carried over between Leagues, including any you might have unlocked in Trailblazer: Reloaded, but not prior Leagues.
November 21st: Utility Relics
We’re now less than a week out from Leagues V launch, and things are getting spicy! Today we’ve got a whole tier of Relics to show off, with some familiar features and some brand new ones! Will you reclaim your Sage’s Greaves, or will you store them away in exchange for a new Herblore experience or multi-NPC pickpocketing?

November 22nd: All Relic Passives
While Relics are plenty powerful enough in their own right, it’s the passives unlocked with each tier that take your Leagues progression to the next level!
For a full breakdown of every single Relic passive, check out this graphic below. If you’re only interested in what’s fresh this League or has been moved around, scroll a little further down.

Here are all of the headline changes to Relic passives. It’s time to start planning out those routes, and this time around: you’ll have more choice than ever!
- 5x Drop Rate multiplier now unlocks alongside your Tier 4 Relic, down from Tier 8.
- Additionally, this multiplier will apply to Twisted Ancestral Colour Kits, Holy Ornament Kits, Sanguine Ornament Kit, and Awakener’s Orbs.
- Unlocking your Tier 3 Relic will grant double Combat XP (including Prayer and Hitpoints) on top of the global XP Multiplier, plus the Bigger and Badder Slayer unlock, 5x Slayer points and a 1 in 50 Superior spawn rate.
- Minigame enjoyers will want to blast to Tier 4 to unlock 8x Minigame Reward rates.
- This time around, this rate increase is also applied to Marks of Grace, Hallowed Marks, Brimhaven Vouchers and Stardust!
- Right off the bat at Tier 1, you’ll enjoy Farming cycles that are five times faster than the main game, and every Clue Scroll you receive (including Clue Geodes, Clues in a Bottle and Clue Nests) will drop as a stackable Clue box.
November 23rd: Combat Relics
Combat Masteries might be the new hotness, but nothing hits quite the same as these game-changing, Combat-focused Relic unlocks!
Do you find yourself going it alone all too often? Are you craving company in these cold Winter months? Is it tiring carrying the burden of being the sole damage dealer in your PvM encounters? If you answered yes to any of those, you’ll fall in love with Guardian! Everybody’s favourite companion is making a grand return for Leagues V, and this time they’re better than ever!
Perhaps you don’t need anybody else, maybe you’re special. Turn yourself into a damage-dealing monstrosity with Specialist! Whether you’re looking to unleash an endless flurry of Dragon Claw hits or swing your Dogsword until you’re barking mad, this Special Attack focused Relic is sure to have you covered.
Or maybe you’re a little more fresh-faced, staring doe-eyed at all of the content at your fingertips but worrying about a premature meeting with death. Consider picking up Last Stand, channel that adrenaline away from your fears and instead become too angry to die – stave off death and output fistfuls of damage while living on the edge.
Couple any of these choices with our new Combat Masteries system and you’re in for PvM as you’ve never seen it before!

November 24th: Reloaded
Leagues V: Raging Echoes is almost here. Ever since reveals began, you’ve been arguing until you’re blue in the face about which Relics are the best in each tier. Will Harpoon Gang rise above the rest? Is Dodgy Deals a dodgy choice? Only time will tell.
While you’ve been distracted trying to pick out the cream of the crop, you’ve forgotten about an equally important question: which Relic is second best?
Brand new to Raging Echoes, Reloaded will allow you to select any Relic from any previous Tier. This is an absolute game changer, and we don’t feel a shred of Relic regret for throwing a spanner in the works so close to launch day. Choose wisely!

That’s all for now, but remember to check back each day on the run up to launch for new reveals! Otherwise, we’ll see you on Wednesday, November 27th for the full launch of Leagues V: Raging Echoes!
