Not really worth using anymore, may be good if you want to focus heavily on pvm and want as many potions as possible out of your supplies.
You can toggle the option to interrupt your character when the amulet breaks, this may do more harm than good depending on how much attention you’re paying.
You should enchant these amulets while doing something else
