Serpentine helm is to poison the boss, this is a very minor dps increase. If using scythe, do not use a serp helm over torva full helm/neitiznot faceguard if your max hit falls below 48.

Celastrus bark is for an easy 1 click tick manipulation method to instantly double-harvest mushrooms and salt. Click when your character’s true tile is 3 or 4 tiles away from the resource, then click the resource again.
Pestle and mortar can be substituted for another piece of food, just drop supplies at the start of the trip and take the pestle from the back of the room. If you are confident with the tick manip method, you can also replace the pickaxe.
