Double pneck
• Ensure that you are 23 hp or higher. Equip pneck and cross with range pray and tank gear on.
• Follow the procedure as shown in the clip ensuring that you do not lose any ticks. If you lose any ticks, your chance of dying increase significatly.
• Having a good camera angle helps with consistency.
• Brew up as much as possible to veng if you have vasa or tekton next.

• If you don’t have inventory space you can equip your second pneck before picking up the crystal as shown in the following clip:
Note: You need to be low enough hp to have your pneck proc. If you are high hp, just drop something next to the rope and take it as you’re running to the exit (you won’t take any extra hits doing this)
Single pneck
• If it is guardians –> rope and you are doing the single pneck skip, ensure that you are at least 115 hp.
• Brew as needed after you have crossed ensuring that you do not lose any ticks. If you lose any ticks, your chance of dying increase significatly.
• Brew on the other side once and equip pneck after taking the crystal for the single pneck skip.
