Food method (8.5+ kills/hr) Arceuus – Fire, Cosmic, Blood (Thralls)
Notes:
• Special attacks: 3 Dragon warhammer and 7 Arclight hits.
• Magic-defense shield options:
Elysian spirit shield ➔ Spectral spirit shield ➔ Dragonfire ward ➔ Twisted buckler ➔ Odium ward.
• Magic-defense weapon options:
Zaryte crossbow ➔ Kodai wand ➔ Master wand/Thammaron’s sceptre.
• If you do not own a Zaryte Crossbow, bring an Arclight and re-spec during the kill as corp will regain a bit of its defense throughout the fight. Alternatively, Crystal halberd can also be brought for its high hitting specs since the removal of the 50 damage cap.
• Always eat in pairs of 2 or more, this will keep you in the correct attack cycle.
• Having a proper bank layout for speccing down/killing corp is very important for this method. In the Food corp video linked down below you will find Bank Tag Layouts for both in the description.

Spec method beginner Arceuus – Fire, Cosmic, Blood (Thralls)
Notes:
• Special attacks: 3 Dragon warhammer, 7 Arclight hits and 400 Bandos Godsword damage.
• The super attack and strength potions are brought for speccing with the preserve prayer left on to save divine super combat doses. If doing this, start using the divine super combat when bgs speccing as losing boosted levels here matters a lot.
• If you do not have the Construction Cape or Desert Amulet 4, bank the Book of the dead and fill your Rune pouch with Law, Air and Earth runes for POH teleports on the standard spellbook.
Other Information
Advice/Info:
• For your special attacks during the kill, make sure your Crystal halberd is on the STAB option.
• Making Games Necklaces and using them in combination with the Desert Amulet 4 is worth it. It saves time (even including making them) and being 106 vs 99 HP can help avoid being stacked out when speccing corp down. If you do not have the Desert Amulet 4, use the Jewellery box in your POH.
• If using thralls, only spawn MAGE thralls. Melee and ranged thralls have their damage halved.
