Passively obtained through chompy hat grind. This pet can only be obtained after completing the elite Western Provinces diary requiring 1000 chompy bird kills. If you are in a rush for a new pet, this is the fastest pet to obtain in game, only taking a couple hours on average. A pet roll is performed both when you kill a chompy bird AND when you pluck its feathers.
