16Run south out of the graveyard to the two NPC’s near the southern shore

37Head back east into the room nearby and play the piano, hit the notes “D, E, A, D” (any octave)

41Head to the north-western area, go through the green doorknob and attempt to open the door into the room with a Bandos Godsword inside.

43Head back to the ruby door (south-east), then head north into the room with a fireplace.

Follow the southern path, go through the door.

Head north-west to “3” on the map, turn the lever LEFT.
Head north-east to “4” and turn it RIGHT.
Go south-east to Brother Cedric, talk THREE times (chat 2)

Pick up the rat poison to the north west.
Go east until you see two levers near the dungeon rats.
Pull the levers up to open the rat cage.

Use the rat poison with the food trough.
Head through the western gate.
Pick up the white cog and climb-up the ladder.
Go inside and climb to the topmost floor.
